Your beads will be despatched within 3 working days of payment being received. UK delivery will be by first class post, international orders will be posted by airmail, and may take 7-10 days to arrive, longer at peak periods.
Any additional customs charges will be your responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reasonable reason you are disappointed with your order when it arrives, I will refund your payment, including postage, if you let me know immediately by email and return the item to me in good condition within 7 days of receipt.
